Could be great with some improvements
Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary and Wildlife Centre的点评
点评：It was okay overall. There was a decent variety of animals to see, although many were hiding away during our visit. Obviously that is not the sanctuary’s fault as the animals are in a more natural environment, which is understandable.
The directions and layout around the sanctuary were not always very clear, so at times it was difficult to know where to go next. The place could also do with a bit of TLC in areas, although I do appreciate it is a charity and largely volunteer run.
The seal area appeared to be under construction or having work done, which was not mentioned on entry. Personally, I felt it was overpriced for what was available on the day.
That said, with some investment and tidying up, it could become a really great place to visit. If the sanctuary reached out to local businesses and larger companies, I imagine many would be willing to support through CSR/social value initiatives, sponsorships, donations or volunteer days to help improve the site further.
