Really bad customer service

点评：We went to see the dolphin show and did not use the waterpark. Overall, the show was good and entertaining, lasting around an hour.
Unfortunately, the service afterwards was extremely disappointing. The team responsible for the dolphin photos were unprofessional, rude, and showed very little customer service. When I went to collect our photos, they rudely told us, “10 minutes,” without any further explanation or courtesy.
The girl at the cafe was also dismissive and spoke in unnecessary unpleasant manner when I simply asked where I needed to go to collect the photos.
What was even more uncomfortable was seeing two members of the team having a heated argument in front of customers. Their overall attitude was poor, and they appeared completely uninterested in providing a positive customer experience.
The dolphin show itself was enjoyable, but the rude and unprofessional behaviour from the staff afterwards really took away from the overall experience which is why I won’t return.
