点评：I had a really positive experience with a very young woman at the desk of Annecy tourist office on Monday 25th of May in the afternoon. Even if I had come prepared and knew already some of things to do (thanks to TripAdvisor!), she gave me very insightful advice, for instance on the fact that the cycling lane around the lake is easier to cover clockwise (from east to west) due to steeper points in the other direction. She also pointed out to the free parking spot with breathtaking view on the lake at Col de la Forclaz. She was able to describe for me the difference in difficulty between the walk of the 3 lakes on Semnoz peak and the one leading to the waterfalls of Agnon. Not to mention that the territory map and the leaflet of things to do in Annecy she gave me never left me for the whole time of our visit! Very well organised local office and competent staff with great printouts free of charge.
