Upon our arrival, the pickup driver was late and we were very worried that we'll have to find alternative transportation. We have 3 small children and luggages, this was very stressful. We have also been trying to call their numbers, but no one was picking up. Eventually, after we already engaged the Airport information desk to help us get transport, the driver appeared.
The return shuttle was worse. The driver was also late.
During the entire drive, he was on the mobile phone to someone, constantly looking at and holding the mobile phone, not paying attention to driving. At one point he was texting, I had to tell him to watch the road. My entire family was in this van and having someone so distracted was very unprofessional and extremely unsafe!
