Amgueddfa Llandudno Museum的点评
点评：Today I went along to a history of West Shore walking tour organised by Llandudno Museum. I am ashamed to say I have lived here for 5 years and have never visited the museum. We received such a warm welcome from all the staff at the museum they could not have been friendlier. I will visit again.
The tour was led by Tim. He was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell he had completed significant research into finding out interesting facts and on occasions a little fiction about this part of Llandudno.
I learnt about famous people who had visit the town including the Beatles. I learnt about the history of some of the buildings, there was also some geologically knowledge about the great Orme, and last, but by no means least the origins of Alice in Wonderland. Some facts and maybe some fiction was it based around Llandudno and is Alice Lidell the inspiration for Alice? Will we ever know?
Tim, our tour guide provided a wealth of detail and I thoroughly enjoyed the two hours walking around the area and hearing about it's history.
The two young children on the tour found it was more like a school day and I feel it was a touch too long for them. But then you can't please everybody.
I would 100% recommend this tour, but perhaps leave the youngsters at home.
