Fun experience, poor service.
Stand Up Live的点评
点评：I ordered tickets online to go to Stand Up Live on Oct. 3rd, 2025 at 9:45pm to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday.
I was staying at the Residence Inn by Downtown Phoenix, so I didn't need to worry about parking. It was a quick five minute walk to the venue, and we were seated promptly after our tickets were checked. When my partner and I arrived, we were each given a two-drink minimum, where we needed to order at least two drinks during the event- which wasn't something I was particularly happy about.
I understand it's good for business, but I just had dinner where I already drank quite a bit and wasn't trying to have more. It was unfortunate to miss bits and pieces of the performance from rushing to restroom several times because I had to order something after drinking beforehand.
Additionally, our server hadn't come to our table for a very long time for us to order our second drinks, so that was a bit frustrating. I completely understand how busy it can be on a Friday night, but I have to be honest as this can be a detriment to other people who want to visit this place.
Fortunately, the servers were very kind and patient, not just to us but to other people who had entered the event late or were struggling to choose what to order. The venue itself looked nice and clean, with our seats having a good view of the stage. The restroom just a few steps away nearby a karaoke bar. The comedian of the night, Arnez J, was a great choice for a fun night out. He was hilarious, and even had my partner- who's normally pretty serious- bending over in hysterics.
Stand Up Live was an excellent choice to let loose with your spouse and/or friends. It could use a bit more polish as far as service goes, but it doesn't hurt to spend a few more dollars for a unique and bonding experience.

幸运的是，服务员非常友善和耐心，不仅对我们如此，对其他迟到的客人以及在点餐时犹豫不决的客人也是如此。场地本身看起来干净整洁，我们的座位视野很好，可以清楚地看到舞台。洗手间就在几步之遥，旁边还有一家卡拉OK酒吧。当晚的喜剧演员Arnez J是个不错的选择，他非常搞笑，甚至把我平时很严肃的伴侣都逗得捧腹大笑。
Stand Up Live是和伴侣或朋友一起放松的绝佳选择。虽然服务方面还有提升空间，但为了这种独特而又增进感情的体验，多花点钱也无妨。
