点评:Firstly, the balloon flight itself was amazing. Alex our pilot and Helen our ground co-ordinator were friendly and experienced. We enjoyed spectacular views from Canary Wharf to the French coast. Chris, the company owner was also present on the afternoon of our flight. We took the opportunity to speak to him about the delays, we had waited 3 seasons to fly. He explained the situation that the company has experienced since he took over and thanked us for our patience and understanding. The second contributing factor was the weather which of course nobody can control.
That said, does this company need to up its levels of communication and visibility? Yes. Do they need to address customer satisfaction & perception? Yes. Do I think they can achieve that? I certainly hope so.
