点评:What an awesome experience. Picked up and taken to the school by car where we were met by very happy, friendly staff and a hot Jumbu, coffee and mixed juice. After the other participants arrived, out came an amazing breakfast and a getting to know each other session with our chef teacher.
After a relaxing breakfast in a lovely environment, off to the kitchen upstairs where we donned our aprons and our extensive recipe book and pen.
We started with an explanation of all the herbs and spices and how Balinese people use them and then onto cooking. I can’t recall how many dishes we made but it was tons and tons. Morning tea was a humungous, delicious and moreish lemon squash with a lemongrass stirring stick.
Onto more cooking and learnings (who knew there was a thing called lesser galangal?). Finally, after all the cooking, fun and learning, time to eat our delicious lunch, say our farewells and head our different ways.
Definitely as must do for those that love cooking and eating

对于热爱烹饪和美食的人来说,这绝对是一次不容错过的体验。
