点评:Lack of customer service.
When I booked online, I immediately called to get no answer. I only needed day passes not a group campground. I called, voicemail was full. I emailed- this all within minutes of booking online. No call back until a few days later. They told me too bad on refund. After checking with possible schedules to make the trip work, canceled before the “allowed” time. I filled out the cancellation form knowing I wouldn’t get my full refund back.
Only to be told that they didn’t receive the cancellation form on time. Even though I had emailed back and forth with them.
I disputed the charge with my credit card and it took Wellington Lake 3 months to get back to them, 3 months!!!! They couldn’t resolve my question in a day but they took 3 months to say- screw you we’re taking your money!
