Tattershall Lakes Country Park的点评
点评：We decided to book here due to the insane Center Parks prices. We hoped it would have a similar vibe and unfortunately it was a bad move. The place tries hard to be something it’s not. It seems to be a part private part holiday park environment with hundreds of static caravans. Scattered around are mock log cabins and areas run by the park. It looks like the original area was put together for jet ski and fishing enthusiasts.
The central area is a large pub with a number of smaller activities scattered around. It’s okay, it’s not amazing but it does its job.
The main issue we had here was that this is more like a typical Scarborough caravan park that you’d be mildly entertaining by when you’re back from the beach. There’s simply not enough to do here, it’s not very pretty for taking walks and its location is in the middle of nowhere.
We stayed in Tribeca 3. The cabins are meh. They feel dirty and very worn. Partly due to cheap fit outs. The toilet in the en-suite it on a rotting floor and moves around, the kitchen appliances are terrible and kept switching off. The overall look is masked art over an old caravan.
At the end of the day the trip was less than half the cost of CP, and it doesn’t try to be something it isn’t. It just feels like it should have been built in Scarborough where people can leave and entertain themselves elsewhere. It was a nice catch up with family but I wouldn’t come again.
