点评：Marburg's Castle is perched over the town. Amazing opportunity to see a well preserved Alt-Stadt, gothic spires and lash environs. To reach the top, you can either take the stairs at the St. Marien or more of a winding cobblestone pathway at Landgraf-Philipp Strasse.
Walk around the castle is an exciting opportunity to catch a glimpse of Marburg and its main landmarks. Do venture into nearby Schlosspark.
On the inside, the castle is a bit underwhelming. It houses a mineral museum and a historic museum. Historic museum is currently confined to a few rooms with a few memorabilia/artifacts and some stands with historical text. Entry to medieval chapel was a highlight.
I would say the entry price to see minerals and learn some history was a bit steep [11 euros]. If you are on a short time to Marburg, I would suggest skipping the inside of the castle and spend more time walking around it, taking in views and exploring the town.
