点评:I worked at Attitash in '96 for a few years and ski and snowboard there every few years when I come back to see my folks. The vibe here has always been friendly and the staff has been competent until this time. I bought epic passes online and they wouldn't scan. I talked to 5 people before anyone had a solution other and many employees had no idea what I was talking about. Lost hours of skiing over this. Put my 7 year old in a full day class as he was on the verge of being ready for the lift and I wanted to get some runs in while he made the transition. Got him back from an instructor who clearly wasn't good with kids, with little improvement 200 bucks later and missing his new designer hat. Was told he wouldn't be ready for the slope any time soon. We hit the slope the next day and I had him making turns and not falling in 2 hours. The second day we were on the same slope (he had taken about a dozen runs at this point) he fell towards the top. As I hike back up to help him up there is a female instructor berating him, telling him he doesn't know how to ski and to stay down at the beginner area. I couldn't believe my ears how rude she was while not even helping him up!! These are just the highlights, I have encountered so many rude and incompetent people it has been such a let down. Next time I visit fam I will be going to wildcat.
