点评：Both the in-building informative center / displays and the escorted grounds tour were poorly done.
The displays did not have multi-language displays or coordinated audio.
The guided grounds tour was conducted by a guide who could have spoken both German and English and chose not to speak English, at all. The guide's narrative were so lengthly (20+ minutes each of the 3 stops) that the German-speaking folks were wandering off, bored.
The one display in the tunnel was multi-colored with no explanation. There was not enough lighting in the tunnel, and none of the rubble was labelled (why there were iron pillars suporting nothing, was any of the larger bits and pieces part of a V-2 or V-3 rocket, where in the tunnels were the rockets actually constructed, why was only one part of one tunnel flooded ?...).
A few well placed and lighted identifying signs should not be a major expense).
