点评：Quidi Vidi Brewery sits in the small harbour village of the same name, an easy $13 taxi ride from the cruise terminal. It's a busy, tavern-style brewery with wooden tables and chairs — not fancy, but exactly what I'd expect from a working brewery, and none the worse for it. We worked through three flights to cover all twelve of their beers, and every one held up as a solid example of local brewing across a genuinely wide range of styles; the standout for me was the Iceberg lager, brewed with locally harvested iceberg water and as clean as that suggests. The small seafood chowder was excellent and, paired with the fishcake croquettes, made for quite enough; the mustard pickles served alongside — closer to a relish — added a sweet-sour top note that worked very well against the cakes. Service was slow, but the staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and with our ship having just released 2,600 passengers into a small town, some slowdown was inevitable. Well worth the visit for the beer alone; the food makes it easy to stay a while.
