点评：A nice quiet stocked trout pond in the hills above Bryson City. If it was raining/muddy you’d likely want AWD/4WD - or call ahead to confirm the road is ok for 2WD, as most of the road is not paved, but has some gravel, etc. You also probably want to call ahead to confirm the hours of operation. It’s about $7/lb for any fish you catch (have to keep them) and then $1-2 per fish to gut them, and $2-3/per person to fish. So it ended up being about $40 for two fish, but it was well worth it! They supply all the gear, or you can bring your own. Some live bait not allowed eg minnows. We brought our own super cheap fly rods and they worked great, and the grilled fish tasted great that night too. Would be a great place for kids to fish and likely a guaranteed catch.
