Friendly low-key place with an interesting selection of brews

点评：I stopped at Old Bisbee Brewing one afternoon while I was in town, my first visit there. It's a small place with only about five seats at the bar plus a few tables next to the beer tanks. I initially sat at one of the tables but after awhile a couple of spaces opened up at the bar and I moved there. The place had a nice relaxed atmosphere, and most of the folks sitting at the bar were locals (including a guy I learned was the author of several books about Bisbee), which I think is always a good sign. They had three of their regular beers on tap plus their "Salut!" fermented peach / elderberry brew plus a seasonal beer and seasonal pomegranate "Salute!" The beers were a nice selection of styles, with a Pilsner, Ale, IPA, and seasonal Märzen. I got their tasting tray, which included one of each of the four beers and two "Salut!" brews plus a small taste of their Bisbee Blue Gin. I'm not a big gin fan but I thought this one was good. The two "Salut!" drinks were a bit sweet for my preference, while I enjoyed all four of the beers, with the Classic Pilsner being my favorite. The price for the tasting tray was very reasonable, and the bartender was friendly and efficient. Even though I didn't love all of the items in the tasting tray, there was more than enough to like about Old Bisbee Brewing for me to return there if I'm in town again.
翻译：那天下午我在比斯比镇上的时候，顺道去了老比斯比酿酒厂（Old Bisbee Brewing），这是我第一次去。这地方不大，吧台只有五个座位，啤酒罐旁边还有几张桌子。我一开始坐在桌子旁，但过了一会儿吧台空出了几个位置，我就挪了过去。店里的氛围轻松惬意，吧台那边坐着的大多是当地人（其中一位我后来才知道是写过好几本关于比斯比的书的作者），我觉得这总是个好兆头。他们有三种常驻啤酒，还有一款“Salut!”桃子接骨木花发酵啤酒，以及一款季节限定啤酒和一款季节限定的石榴“Salut!”。啤酒种类挺丰富的，有皮尔森啤酒、艾尔啤酒、IPA和季节限定的三月啤酒。我点了一份品鉴套餐，里面包含了四种啤酒各一杯，两款“Salut!”啤酒，还有一小杯比斯比蓝金酒。我其实不太喜欢金酒，但我觉得这款金酒还不错。两款“Salut!”特饮对我来说有点太甜了，而四款啤酒我都挺喜欢，其中经典皮尔森啤酒是我的最爱。品鉴套餐的价格非常合理，而且调酒师热情又高效。虽然我并非对套餐里的所有酒都十分满意，但老比斯比酿酒厂有很多值得称道的地方，如果我下次再来这个小镇，一定会再次光顾。
