Funicular de Artxanda的点评
点评：Had a spare moment to do something my full day after arriving from the USA the day before.
My hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Funicular station. I had a topped off barik card, so the cost up and back was 2 Euros. Up I into the station. I accidently went up the elevator to another level, had to come back down and stay to the right, which looked odd to me, but it was correct. I swiped my card, selected a car to get into, sat down, waited a bit until more people arrived, and up the car went to the top.
There were lots of locals it seemed riding the funicular.
Since it was early in the morning it was quite of breezy. Glad I wore an extra hooded.
There was no map given to me at the station, but I took a picture of the map at the top. I started walking around looking for the viewpoint spot. Found it. It looks like Bilbao is snuggled in a bowl this depression in the earth. The view was very good. I then walked around the area. I spotted a Montessori school. There was a building up some steps, but I was not up for the climb to see a building that from my vantage point didn't look worth the climb up. The area looked like a good spot for an event, if you avoid any negative weather conditions.
This was a nice diversion, before I started my real walk about in the town.

车站没有给我地图，但我拍了一张山顶地图的照片。我开始四处走走，寻找观景点。找到了！毕尔巴鄂就像被包裹在一个凹陷的碗里。景色非常优美。然后我在附近转了转。我看到了一所蒙特梭利学校。那里有一栋建筑，需要爬几级台阶才能上去，但我实在没精力去爬，因为从我的角度来看，那栋建筑似乎并不值得爬上去。如果天气晴朗，这片区域看起来很适合举办活动。
这算是一次不错的消遣，之后我才真正开始在镇上闲逛。
