Memorable for the Kids, Overpriced Photos Diminish the Experience

点评：The staff and facility were very nice, and transportation to and from the location was efficient. Our drivers were lovely and made the logistics easy, which we appreciated.
That said, the overall experience felt heavily geared toward taking photos so they could sell their photo packages. Family members are not allowed anywhere near the tanks to take their own pictures, which means purchasing photos is essentially your only option if you want memories of the experience. The pricing was extremely high — approximately $430 CAD for around 100 photos (with some repeats). Even the smallest package of 12 photos was still over $300 CAD. Realistically, a family of 4–5 should expect to spend close to $1,000 CAD if they want both the experience and photos.
Although only your group is interacting directly with the dolphins, there is a lot happening at once. Several other families are in the same tank area at the same time, just positioned on different sides, which made it feel less intimate.
I did a different dolphin experience about 10 years ago that felt much more special — our group was alone in a large tank with just two dolphins, the focus wasn’t on photo ops, and it was about half the price. Compared to that, this experience didn’t quite live up to expectations.
Overall, it was still a neat experience and my kids loved interacting with the dolphins, but given the cost and the strong emphasis on photo sales, it’s not something I would do again.
