点评：Visiting Niagara Falls was a lifelong dream of mine, and I finally got to fulfill it in September 2026. The experience was nothing short of breathtaking and left me completely speechless. The lines weren't long, everything moved quite fast, and it was fascinating to see such a wide variety of tourists from all over the world. We boarded the Maid of the Mist on the American side and received those iconic blue ponchos to protect our clothes. Fortunately, I had extra protection underneath, which was great because the poncho alone might not have been fully sufficient given the sheer power of the falls.
The boat tour itself was incredible. I loved feeling the raw force of the water, seeing the stunning colors, and learning so much along the way—especially discovering fascinating historical details about Nikola Tesla and what he achieved there. The weather on the day of our visit was absolutely gorgeous, allowing me to take extraordinary photographs. Just the day before, it had been so cold that I worried the experience wouldn't even be open, but everything turned out perfectly.
I did have a brief moment of panic when I received a "Welcome to Canada" SMS because my roaming plan was only for the United States, causing my mobile data to cut out and temporarily losing touch with my group. Aside from that minor scare, the whole journey was flawless. While being part of a group tour made the road trip quite long and exhausting, I would love to return on my own terms in the future to stay longer and soak it all in at my own pace. The weather was on my side, the atmosphere was superb, and I truly have nothing negative to say. Highly recommended.
