点评：I visited for a half-day spa experience as a birthday gift. While the spa itself was lovely, unfortunately the service was disappointing.
Food and drinks were quite slow to arrive, which I could understand as it was busy. However, the biggest issue was with our treatments.
We had 25-minute massages booked for 1:30pm. We were both ready and waiting on time, but weren’t collected until around 1:35pm. By the time we were taken upstairs and the massage actually began, it was already around 1:40pm. I didn’t mind the delayed start as long as we still received the full 25-minute treatment, but unfortunately my massage ended at 1:54pm, meaning I only received around 15 minutes.
It felt as though too many treatments had been booked in, leaving therapists without enough time to provide the service that had been paid for. I’ve been to many spas before, and receiving only 15 minutes of a booked 25-minute massage is simply not acceptable.
It was such a disappointing experience, especially as this was a birthday gift. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
