Wellington Country Park的点评
点评：We visited as two adults and a 2.5 year old, on a weekday during school term time.
Given the need for a midday nap and the attention span of a 2.5 year old we did not think it financially worthwhile to book full day tickets. So we were pleased that we were able to book the park’s after school offering : 2.30 to 5.30 pm, for £8 each. (I should stress that this is a Hampshire term time deal)
This offered much better value for money, and the little one thoroughly enjoyed it. The splash pad was a particular hit, as was feeding the goats. The park was not overly busy, and at times we had areas completely to ourselves. ( I doubt this is the case in the school holidays!)
It must be said that every single member of staff we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful, which stood out in marked contrast to similar places we’ve visited elsewhere - thank you!
