One of our best days out

点评：This was a brilliant experience with an age range of 2-11yrs old.
Our children found lots to do outside, our favourites were the outdoor play stables and the enchanted garden. They also enjoyed the indoor sensory room and the adventure room.
If you’re looking to eat, I would recommend a picnic as the food was a little over what we personally wanted to spend. However, the choice of sandwiches for the adults and children were brilliant and also tasted wonderful. We were impressed with the children’s lunch boxes as they had pots of cucumber, strawberries, grapes and melon to choose from.
The staff stood out the most; Oh my goodness were they polite and more than helpful! Every single member said hello to us around the park. One guy in the adventure room was particularly brilliant with our children and we also enjoyed chatting to him. The cafe staff overheard we needed the toilet and came over to explain where they were. I’d spotted some children wondering alone but before I could tell a member of staff, one was coming out of a building, who had spotted them and another staff member from the direction the children had come from. Neither left the children’s side until they had located their adult.
This instantly made me want to write a review. Very few children’s places have welcoming or friendly staff that look like they enjoy their jobs. It really had a positive impact on our day and we have already told our friends about our day. We’ll definitely be returning!
