Enchanted lights as wheelchair user

点评：We went to the really wonderful enchanted lights at kentwell hall last night. And it was magical. I’m a powerchair user (etech freedom pro) and had no problems whatsoever going around. It is fully outdoors and on a mixture of terrains (paths, gravel, grass, compacted mud, and woodland paths with tree roots etc) so you will need a wheelchair capable of managing all of these, and be aware that if it has been raining it will be very muddy in places. It took us about an hour to go round so if you self propel or push someone then be aware it’s a long route outside on natural terrain. There is a really lovely glade half way round with a large fire pit, benches and excellent mulled wine (and snacks and other drinks). There is one small section that is narrow through a wooded arch tunnel so wouldn’t be accessible to a large tramper, scooter or bariatric chair but it can be skipped and isn’t a large section so won’t detract from the event. The car park is very muddy and rough but does have blue badge spaces (still on mud and grass though) at the top of the parking area. This was really enchanting and accessible. I have added pictures of some of the paths to give you an idea of what to expect.
