Lovely cathedral
Hereford Cathedral的点评
点评：We weren’t at the cathedral long, but enjoyed our visit. The building has some very interesting features. Unfortunately there seemed to be an issue in the cafeteria. Somebody was trying to fix whatever the issue was and the cafe was closed. A sign had been put up. Unfortunately most of the cafe workers were just sitting at tables chatting or looking at their phones, and not engaging at all with what would have been prospective customers. One lady was checking the cabinets and looked busy, but the other two completely lacked customer service skills, and were not helping or speaking to people wandering into the area at all. Another man working in the cathedral was speaking very aggressively to a lady (possibly a volunteer) who had been tasked with doing something with the cathedral flowers. I thought the way he was almost shouting at her was a bit much inside a cathedral. In hindsight I wish I had told him that. I did ask a lady working at one of the cathedral desks for some directions to the river and she was very pleasant and helpful.
