点评：A very disappointing visit to a well loved place. Four of us from Worcestershire booked a tour of the cottage online for 3 o clock today we arrived half an hour early through the directed route through the woods. It was raining quite heavily. We booked in with our membership cards and were told to wait outside in the rain under a tree. I asked her if there was somewhere to wait in the dry as I am elderly 80 and have considerable health conditions. We were told that this was not possible.
This is a surprising srrangement and I feel a lack of coming side ration given that rain in June is pretty much the norm I our climate.
Sadly I had to abandon as standing for 30 minutes in the rain was not acceptable. As a long standing member of the NT I am very disappointed with today’s experience. Surely having a dry shelter would be mandatory !
