Great Day out to Beatrix Potter World / Windermere..

点评：I've always loved the Beatrix Potter stories. My favourite being Mrs Tiggywinkle. I've wanted to visit for many years, think I was about 14 and we were in the area doing something else and the attraction was closing so didn't get to visit properly, always wanted to bring my daughter to see the attraction too. We visited on my 40th birthday to have a lovely birthday treat day. We loved the experience and plan to visit again soon.
We had afternoon tea in the Cafe across the road which was lovely, sandwiches are chosen from a few different options, they were lovely, cakes and the scone were delicious, decor in the cafe was lovely and made it a lovely atmosphere.
The only thing I would feedback for the afternoon tea is the fact that the Peter rabbit cups and teapots which would make it a bit more themed are only available for tea for 2 options it would seem, for someone having the tea for one option it isn't Beatrix Potter themed teapots, cups.
