点评：Made the trip to this amazing museum today and had a great four hours enjoying both all the historical buildings, museum AND the wonderful Lammas festival event. All the dedicated volunteers who create and participate in this wonderful event are incredible, extremely knowledgeable and all so very enthusiastic. A big thank you to each and every one of you who made our day even better. They give all the visitors so much information about the whole variety of life in the 15th century and the re-enactments of ceremonies and daily life in this period of English history are amazing. We have trials of a drunken individual, a landlady watering down the beer, (some things never change) and a young man caught using a clipped coin, sentences are passed but the fun and learning continues. One has to congratulate the managers and staff for organising the event and the continued preservation of everything that contributes so much to our history and heritage. More events like these please, they add so much more to what is an incredible museum founded on the vision of its initial pioneers.
