Not worth the money you pay for.
Serenity Spa at St Raphael Resort的点评
点评：My daughter and her friends, they have visits the spa on Sunday 28th of September for a special occasion, they have pay €60 to use the spa facilities including lunch. Lunch was okay but the spa facilities very poor they end up sitting by the pool outside , they have request towers which they didn’t have any left to give them, however they wait for a while and the very stress lady at the reception she got some of them.
They tried to use the Jacuzzi, but only bubbles coming out and jets missing and not working, steam room was switched off out of order, a lady regular customer there told them that there is steam room in different area insight, this one have been off for a while due to the sewers smell problem, however the steam room inside was too small, not enough for the five of them ,never been used as they have to pass in front of reception and Hair Salon and Gym to get to that with their swimming costumes and no dressing gowns been given to them .
For a five star hotel, this is very poor facilities and service
