One of the Best Nature Sites and Museums Ever -- What a Fascinating Story!
St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm的点评
点评：This fits multiple categories of fun: a museum, a nature site, a fossil site, an educational site, etc. It excels in all those categories. Beautifully adapted on the site of amazing dinosaur track finds -- so great that thy could build around that to make this unique attraction available.
When you come, talk to one of the volunteers who can help guide you at now cost. The kind man we met, Bill B., was so knowledgeable and helpful! He showed us details and gave us explanations we would not have gotten any other way. So kind! I wanted to tip him but tipping is not allowed, he said. He was just terrific and spent a lot of time with us.
It was just in the year 2000 when a local man, Dr. Sheldon Johnson, was trying to level a part of his land that the rich source of dinosaur tracks was found when a bolder fell. It split open, revealing a beautiful, large dinosaur track. He soon recognized how important this could be and made it possible for his treasure to be available to the public.
This site is right in St. George not far from the convention center and other sites. Easy to get to, inexpensive, pleasant, and well worth whatever time you spend there. Can't wait to go back!
