点评：Would not recommend , absolutely shocking customer service both during and after my son’s birthday party.
We had booked a party for 30 people, and invited 30 people. Unbeknown to us at the time, some people and bought siblings, now I’ve got no issues with paying but it’s the way it was done and effectively held to ransom.
Half way through the party, we were told we had 5 over but they would let us off 1 , so we owed £40, if we didn’t pay the party would be ended and there were “cameras everywhere”, they admitted that the staff member at the gate said there were too many kids, at no point prior to the hour did they mention it, so we could have sorted it in a much more civilised manner.
I raised a complaint that this should had been dealt with differently, to be met with the attitude of “this is the way we do it, we don’t have a problem, we didn’t say that”
As the wonderful gentleman on the phone said “it’s your prerogative“ when I said we would not be returning and negative reviews left, before putting the phone down on me.
