点评：Maybe it’s better to take the ferry from Hyannis instead of Harwichport.
We took the ferry from Harwichport to Nantucket. The morning trip was fine in all ways. However, the return ferry at night was canceled due to a ferry breakdown. Ok, things happen, and our only option was to make a reservation on another ferry from another company that night to Hyannis. Ok, sometimes you just need to be flexible. But the problem was that we had to then get back to our car at Harwichport, and it cost us another $80 for Uber. And we were not the only ones. The company refused to offer any compensation for this, and did not seem to be very sympathetic to our plight of being left in Hyannis. That made us very disappointed. Things happen, even to ferries, but how they handled the misfortune was not satisfactory. Next time we will go from Hyannis on a different ferry, and not from Harwichport.
