One of the absolute highlights of our holiday in Crete!

点评：From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this place. The estate is peaceful, idyllic and incredibly romantic – exactly how we had imagined a traditional olive farm in Crete. Surrounded by olive trees and beautiful scenery, it is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the authentic Cretan atmosphere.
The tour was fascinating and thoughtfully presented. You can immediately feel the passion behind Biolea and the pride they take in producing high-quality olive oil using traditional methods. It was not only informative but also a truly authentic experience.
Lunch was another wonderful surprise. The meal, prepared by Chloe’s husband, was outstanding. Every dish was delicious, beautifully prepared and far beyond what we expected for the price. It felt like enjoying a meal in someone’s home rather than at a tourist attraction.
Of course, we couldn’t leave without buying some of the excellent olive oil from the shop – the perfect souvenir to take a little piece of Crete home with us.
A small tip for future visitors: don’t rely entirely on your GPS. 😄 We weren’t the only ones who ended up driving through the olive groves instead of taking the proper road. Biolea is well aware of this and even has signs on the estate warning visitors about it. Once you arrive, the little adventure is completely forgotten.
This wasn’t just an olive oil tour – it was one of the most authentic and memorable experiences of our entire holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to discover the real Crete away from the crowds.

给日后到访的游客一个小建议：别完全依赖GPS哦😄 我们并非唯一一个没有走正规道路、反而开车穿过了橄榄园的游客。Biolea方面也意识到了这一点，甚至在庄园里设置了警示牌来提醒游客。不过一旦抵达目的地，这点小“冒险”也就全然被抛诸脑后啦。这可不只是一次橄榄油之旅——它堪称我们整个假期中最地道且令人难忘的体验。我们强烈推荐给那些希望远离人群、领略真正克里特岛风貌的朋友们。
