点评：Disappointing experience despite website advertising tastings without reservation
We specifically planned our afternoon in Meursault around a visit to Château de Meursault because their website advertises tastings without reservation every day from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, subject to availability.
When we arrived, however, we were told firstly that tastings without reservation were only available on weekends. We were then told there were not enough people available, and finally that the only option was a French-language tour at 4:00 pm.
We completely understand that availability can change and that a walk-in tasting cannot always be guaranteed. However, being told that the service is only offered on weekends was confusing because this does not match the information advertised on their website.
We had deliberately left this tasting unbooked based on that information and had arranged our day and transport accordingly. Unfortunately, we therefore left without being able to taste the wines.
