Disappointing Experience Despite Paid Package

点评：We booked the birthday package for our son, which was supposed to include a cabana. Due to a glitch in their system, the party was overbooked, and we were told no cabanas were available. Their “solution” was to move us to the picnic table area and offer one free pizza and ice cream — which does not come close to the value of the cabana ($181).
The picnic tables are not in a private area, offer no shade, and are not the same experience as the cabana. They weren’t even going to provide a designated server until I requested one. While they claim the issue was not their fault, they were happy to take our money. We only found out about the problem because we proactively contacted them to confirm.
Additionally, their website instructs guests to contact Scott to arrange food for the day. We emailed him multiple times over several days and never received a response.
We are very disappointed by how the situation was handled and do not recommend booking parties or other events here unless management improves their booking system and customer service.
