Great Fun at SplashDown Beach, But Ticket Coupon Issue Needs Resolution

点评：We visited SplashDown Beach with two 13-year-old boys right when the park opened, and it was a fantastic start to the day. We easily found a shady spot to set up, and with no lines early on, we were able to jump straight into the slides and attractions.
The waterpark staff were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our visit, which enhanced our experience. However, the food was a letdown—overpriced and not very tasty, which is pretty standard for most parks, I suppose. A particular disappointment was the $10 beer we ordered; it was flat and warm, making it undrinkable.
The park did get very crowded by around 1 PM, but we were grateful to have enjoyed all the major slides before the rush. Overall, the day was enjoyable and filled with fun.
One significant issue was with the ticket purchase process. SplashDown Beach advertises a $5 off coupon per ticket on their website, but the coupon code wouldn’t work when I tried to use it. I reached out to SplashDown for help and received a frustrating response, claiming the coupon was a Wendy’s promotion and that they weren’t responsible for the code not working. It’s problematic because they’re still advertising the coupon on their website. If it’s promoted there, they should honor it.
Despite this hiccup, the park itself provided a great experience, and we had a wonderful day. I hope they address the coupon issue for future guests.
