Pine Knob Music Theatre的点评
点评：Traffic was a nightmare. You would think for a venue that had held thousands of concerts they would have a good system for traffic control. We were in stand still traffic for 2 hours one mile from the venue. Because of this, we missed the openers and then the concert was cancelled only 6 songs into MGK set. The venue literally said “I wish you the best luck getting home”. Like what?!
They refuse to give anyone any kind of refund, tell ticketing companies the show was cancelled to help us get refunds, or offer a reschedule or really anything. I traveled 3.5 hours each way, was stuck in traffic an additional 3 hours, spent over $1,000 on tickets, parking passes, and travel for maybe 1/3 of a show.
I’ve seen MGK a dozen times and this was by far the worst venue I’ve been to (I've even seen him in the rain at other venues). This was my first show at this venue and definitely my last! Btw the “storm” lasted all but 10 mins. What a joke. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Don’t waste your time getting VIP parking. Yes, it will be closer to the venue but you won’t get out any sooner and have difficulty even getting parked. All the roads at the venue are full with huge pot holes.
Venue is beautiful but the people running it and their policies suck. MGK, mod and wiz were great. Do better pine knob.
