点评：On December 29th, Lee Canyon oversold snowboard slots for the 11:00 AM schedule. As a result, they completely ran out of equipment.
The rental process is extremely inefficient. You are forced to wait in two separate lines: one for helmet and boots, and another one for the snowboard itself. We waited over one hour just in the first line. While standing in the second line, staff informed us that there were no snowboards left, and they had no idea if or when more would become available.
At that point it was already 2:00 PM, the park closes at 4:00 PM, and no clear information, solution, or alternative was offered. We paid for an experience that never happened.
Overselling tickets without guaranteeing equipment, wasting hours in poorly managed lines, and providing zero accountability is unacceptable. This felt like a complete scam and a huge waste of time and money. I would not recommend Lee Canyon to anyone.
