National Mining Museum Scotland的点评
点评：We had a really lovely visit to the Museum a couple of weeks ago. We were so glad we'd booked the tour as it was so interesting and just brilliant to see around the different parts of the mine and to learn of the various processes. Our tour guide Neil was terrific, telling us loads of facts and stories, and answering the many questions we posed! We loved the exhibitions too - especially the social exhibition as it was fascinating to read so much about the importance of mining in our country's history and how it was woven into the fabric of so many families and communities like “Nitten”. Lots of amazing photos throughout the exhibition. Why we even learned about “Goth” pubs and were so intrigued we came back out that night to visit the local Dean Arms. Although late in the day, we had enough time for a cuppa in the Museum's wonderful cafe. Our children visited the Museum many years ago with a school trip, but this was our first visit, and we would strongly recommend it.
