Don't bother! The world class experience has now fallen to ruin.

点评：Five years ago, this was an epic, world-class visit. Today, it feels like the National Trust for Scotland has completely given up on it.
The "immersive" experience is now a mess of broken screens and technical glitches. The famous battle game—once one of the highlights of the tour and a draw in getting people to visit the site —is now a total letdown due to the failing tech and was one of the main reasons of why I wanted to revisit the site.
The staff are clearly knowledgeable, but they look defeated and overworked. They spend more time battling broken equipment than really engaging with visitors, leading to a tired and frankly rude atmosphere. It’s clear they’ve lost hope because of a total lack of investment from the top.
Great for a walk around the statue, but the Visitor Centre is currently a dark shadow of its former self.
Unless you get in free with Membership. Don't bother wasting your money until they fix the tech and support their staff.
Only good thing about the visitor centre is the shop and the verbal tour from the staff, even if they are rude (or still hungover from the Christmas period.)
If the NTS can keep investing in Culloden, why can't they do the same here, what was the point of creating a world class experience to then let it fall to ruin!
