游乐海滩的点评
点评：Visited on Thursday 17th September.
Three adults paying £35 each.
Staff at Guest Services were lovely and happily printed out paper copies of our tickets for us.
Security staff at the entrance were polite and friendly, despite one of our group repeatedly setting off the metal detector alarm - no idea why!
Ride op customer service levels are always a mixed bag, but special shout outs to the teams on Alice in Wonderland, Nick Streak, Grand National and Icon, who were friendly, organised, professional and made everyone feel welcome.
We hadn’t tried the Pizza Pasta buffet for many years so we gave it a go. Pleasantly surprised! One of us ordered the vegan option and really enjoyed it.
The park opened at 11 and closed at 5.
We arrived at 12 and everything was walk on, including Aviktas.
We rode our favourite rides repeatedly.
The Big One was closed due to bad weather, which was understandable.
Many thanks to John on the donut stall opposite Valhalla. He was helpful and kind. Hopefully his good customer service will rub off on some other teams.
All in all, a fun day out.
Well done, BPB or PBR or whatever you’re called nowadays.
