An average visit with an inconsistent service
游乐海滩的点评
点评：We had 2 visits during the October half term break. Weather was average with some rain and stronger than usual winds. We visited on Tuesday and Thursday.
2 of our children have Ride Access Passes due to Autism and ADHD. They also suffer from fatigue so use wheelchairs. Unfortunately we'd left one of the passes at home 4 1/2 hours away. On Tuesday this was not a problem. Guest Services were very helpful and the Easy Passes and wheelchairs were sorted quickly.
Unfortunately on Thursday Guest Services was being staffed by a girl with an attitude problem and clearly didn't want to be there. Despite showing all the passes etc from Tuesday she refused to help. Found out that the helpful staff were in the ticketing area so a quick visit and all was quicky resolved.
Ride availability on Tuesday was terrible. Most rides were closed and whilst chatting to some staff members they said the park should be closed.
Thursday was slightly better but was still pretty poor.
Due to the closures the wait for the open rides was ridiculous.
Food and drinks were reasonably priced but the quality was dreadful. Burgers that tasted like dog food and the Pizza/pasta buffet was a joke. Food quality was ok when you could get anything. Wasn't busy but took over 40 minutes for the salad and pasta to be replenished. Fresh pizzas were also on a go slow with 15 minutes gaps with an empty counter.
