Coast Mountain Expeditions的点评
点评：This June marked our third year with Coast Mountain Expeditions, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed. The experience at Discovery Lodge, tucked away off Quadra Island, is a perfect balance of adventure, comfort, and natural immersion.
Our guides, Kalin and Jasmine, were exceptional—deeply knowledgeable (one a marine biologist, the other a local with rich regional insight), endlessly patient, and genuinely kind. Safety was clearly a priority throughout, and the quality of the kayaks and gear was top-notch.
Ralph and Lannie, the owners, along with their son Albert, have got their trips dialed right down to tides. Their commitment to environmental stewardship is evident in everything they do, from the sustainably sourced food to their respect for the land and waters.
The lodge accommodations are cozy and clean, and the food—mostly vegetarian or harvested from the sea—was both nourishing and delicious. Mealtimes felt like a shared family meal.
The group on our trip was mature, friendly, and mostly experienced.
