Beautiful old house, lovely gardens !

点评：Lovely old house and so much on display in every room. Grab the laminated information sheet inside each room door which gives you information on all the furniture, china , carpets and paintings in the room. NB: You can not take any photographs in the house.
The gardens and grounds are lovely. Well done to the gardeners!!!!. The views from the house and grounds across bantry bay are just beautiful. A family pass, a consession for a senior and the purchase of a €15 book came to €59.50. 5 of us had teas/coffees and some cookies, sausage roll and a brownie in their cute tea room. €33.
The Gentleman on the ticket dest at the front door was so knowledgeable about the house and so helpful for all our questions. The was also a most friendly young server in the tea room. The car park is free and is a short walk from the entrance to the house.
