Reindeers were lovely but Father Christmas a slight let down
The Reindeer Centre的点评
点评：We visited the reindeer centre and it was a little underwhelming. Overall an ok day out we went in the week so less busy.
The elves at the front desk and entrance to the grotto were lovely / took pictures in the sleigh and interacted with my son which was a lovely start to the trip . The queue was bad / long so my 4yr old said he wanted to leave! But I thought that was the reason of the time slots to limit this. The decor was minimal and the Santa room felt a little bland / un magical. My son cried at all the moving mannequins on the way out / walk through saying they were scary!
I ordered food from the cafe and the bread was stale I threw it away, my son enjoyed his sausage roll.
The reindeers made it more special, there was a lady there talking about them also as we fed them. Only one small feed back there wasn’t any soap (empty) at end of the animal part so needed to go find another one after interacting with animals. I told a member of staff this and she responded with they asked me to cover somewhere else so I haven’t had chance to fill up soaps yet. A simple ‘ok no problem I’ll sort it would have done’
The play area part we enjoyed the ‘snow’ room, soft play, bouncy castle and sand pit! Lots to keep little man busy, was lovely how they used the space. There were lots of photo opportunities as well / areas to have this done was a nice touch too.
While in the play area part, 3 girls got up on stage (one in her coat) the others were dressed as elves, but they looked very disinterested and I saw an older elf who was on the hook a duck/ food making say ‘smile’ to them as they didn’t look impressed to be up there dancing.
Overall it was a fun day out but I didn’t think the Father Christmas part had the wow magical factor for the price of the experience,
we had booked another Santa visit aswell somewhere else for the weekend which on contrast had a more homely Christmas feel, I just wanted to try somewhere new as well plus with the reindeer.

驯鹿让这次旅行更加特别，喂驯鹿的时候还有一位女士在讲解驯鹿。唯一的小问题是，动物互动区尽头没有肥皂了（空的），所以和动物互动之后我们不得不自己去找肥皂。我把这件事告诉了一位工作人员，她回复说他们让我去别的地方帮忙，所以我还没来得及补充肥皂。其实只要简单地说一句“好的，没问题，我会处理的”就行了。
游乐区里我们玩得很开心，有“雪屋”、软垫游乐区、充气城堡和沙坑！孩子们玩得不亦乐乎，他们充分利用了这些空间，真是太棒了。还有很多拍照的地方，这个设计也很贴心。
在游乐区的时候，有三个女孩上了台（其中一个穿着外套），其他女孩打扮成精灵，但她们看起来很不感兴趣。我看到一个年纪稍大一点的精灵，正在钩住一只鸭子/做食物，对她们说“笑一个”，因为她们似乎对上台跳舞没什么热情。
总的来说，这是一次有趣的郊游，但我觉得圣诞老人那部分并没有达到预期的惊艳效果，与体验的价格不符。
我们还在周末预订了另一个圣诞老人见面会，那里的圣诞氛围更温馨。我只是想尝试一些新的地方，而且还能看到驯鹿。
