点评：Always love Scotney Castle but there are always things the Trust could do better. Today we entered by the requested entrance (not the shop) we arrived at 12:00 and there were eight people in front of us. One window open with a customer that couldn’t make up his mind over something and we stood
, and stood, and stood for what seemed ages when we and the couple in front of us just needed to have our membership scanned. The lady in front got so fed up she asked if we could just go on and scan our cards on the way out, which we ended up doing. Why can’t they just have two people one scanning members and one taking payments. In my view the trust management have too much hot air but there is never any coming from the hand driers in the toilets which whilst clean are very basic. Someone said Scotney is great for photographers, it is but be careful what you do with any photographs as some of my photographs that ended up on a website where you could buy them produced a lot of aggressive emails from the Trust ‘telling’ me to remove them as I was in breach of their intellectual rights.
