点评:I have a rare motor neurone disease called Ataxia which eats away at my vision and co-ordination. I attended with my 74 year old grandmother and 3 year old daughter, when you get to Peppa pig world there is a throw the ball in the tub game to win a big Evie pig. I spent£70 trying to win for my 2 year old unfortunately due to my condition it is impossible for me to win this game. I went to the shop and asked to buy one as my daughter was upset I couldn't get one. They said they aren't for sale and are game winning prizes only. We spent the next hour in the park consoling her. When I went to customer services and asked if anything can be done to purchase this toy, it was a no before passing me card with a generic paulton email on it.
This park doesn't cater for disabled individuals and is indifferent to children being upset over unattainable toys for disabled parents.
Best of luck on visit.

这个乐园根本不考虑残疾人士的需求,对孩子们因为残疾父母买不到玩具而难过漠不关心。
祝您游玩愉快。
