点评：Terrible place. run down, rude staff and management after care team useless
We visited here at christmas and was so disappointed, some rides was closed which we knew about but the rides that was due to be open some wasn’t, then we had a child fall poorly so we went into reception to ask if we could skip Santa and just get our child’s toy and leave form the shop, my children was asking the receptionist if this was the “Real Santa” or a helper and the woman replied do you think i have time for your questions. my children are all highly SEN, and found her rude. I made a formal complaint to which a woman called Samantha has not returned my calls for 2 months, after i have called over 10 times. 10 follow up emails which i get told she will call me and never has. The worst run down place to go, also Soft play is not free also. ignore at all
