点评：The London Museum of Water & Steam, which was originally established as the Kew Bridge Steam Museum in the 1970s, is located in what used to be the Victorian Kew Bridge Pumping Station. The museum explores the history of London's water supply, the fantastic engines that transformed water provision to the city, and the history of the museum site. It contains the world's largest collection of stationary steam engines, many of which have been carefully restored and still function today.

Standard tickets cost £12, but you can get half price entry through the National Art Fund Pass and Museum Association members are entitled to free entry. The museum also currently offers more expensive tickets for various events such as Steam Ups (£15), Gaussfest: Electricity Day (£15) and Zombie Train (£18). You can also get museum membership for £40, which entitles you to unlimited entry, free entry to the nearby Musical Museum, which normally costs £15, and other benefits.

Give yourself at least an hour to explore the museum but if you're really interested, you might want to set aside at least an hour and a half as there's a lot to see. While you're in the area, you should also consider visiting the aforementioned Musical Museum, Boston Manor House or Gunnersbury Park Museum.
