点评：I wish to express my horror and disbeleif following the so- called "Princess Royal Experience" at Aintree Grand National Day St 11 Aprl 2026
The Princess Royal stand was dangerously overcrowded, and a serious fire hazard. At times we felt rather unsafe.
The toilets were blocked and filthy, with queues down the corridors outside.
There was not enough seating available. We had to stand for the entire day.
There was no food facility. We had nothing to eat all day.
The advertising is misleading. Images do not show the true venue, and give an impression of luxury and convenience, which is absolutely false.
We were turned away at almost every corner of the Aintee site and were not even allowed access through the terraces in the pouring rain.
Each time we left the PR stand we had to return to the main entrance and were not allowed access anywhere else.
I called The Jockey Club on 10 Feb to clarify if access to the terrace was included with this ticket. The agent seemed unsure but said as far as they knew both terrace and roof could be accessed with this ticket.
The roof terrace bar was filthy, overcrowded, with litter, bottles & plastic strewn everywhere.
The queues for betting or access to the bar ment missing the actual racing.
Although the staff were polite, there was no one equipped to deal with customer requests or complaints.
I was referred to reception at the entrance which was closed for the entire day!
We were looking forward to this day so much and feel utterly disgusted with the way The Jockey Club does business and their utter disregard for people - their customers.
