Absolutely appalling service and communication!

点评：I have two £55 vouchers that say spa treatment on. I wasn’t keen on a treatment so I wondered if I could use the vouchers for a meal with my family. A few months ago I went into the building and asked the lady at reception she said it shouldn’t be a problem but advised me to go round to the restaurant and ask so I did, with my husband. There was a girl who was unsure who I think then asked a man(might have been a woman can’t remember), who took the vouchers and said he was going to check with someone else. He/she came back and said it was absolutely fine! So a week or so ago I thought I’d book that. I went with my daughter as my husband was unwell. The girl at the bar of the restaurant was unsure again so took the vouchers to check if I could use them for food I explained to her I’d checked already. She came back with a woman who said no. She then called someone on the phone and said a definite no because of the code. I explained what had happened and she said no! I walked out to reception and told the man I would like to make a complaint he was very nice I explained the situation he said he’ll get someone who can help. A lady came out, absolute waste of time, who said she can’t really do anything as it’s not her department so if the restaurant say no unfortunately it’s a no!!!!! Soooooo disappointed my daughter is gutted I feel so angry and upset!!! I only live close by but I will NEVER go there or advise that anyone does! Absolute shambles and the first and Second Lady even asked when I came in before. Not only that the First Lady said “ you asked a man we haven’t had a man working here”! I mean wow what utter terrible customer service how dare she question me! I cannot explain how upset and angry I feel! This place is an absolute JOKE never go here!!!!!!!!
翻译：我有两张面值55英镑的代金券，上面写着“水疗护理”。我不太想做护理，所以想知道能不能用这两张券和家人一起吃顿饭。几个月前，我去店里问了前台的女士，她说应该没问题，但建议我去餐厅问问，于是我和丈夫一起去了。那里有个女孩不太确定，我记得她好像问了一个男的（也可能是女的，记不清了），他接过代金券说要去问问其他人。他/她回来后说完全没问题！所以大概一周前，我想预订一下。因为丈夫身体不舒服，所以我带着女儿去了。餐厅吧台的女孩又不太确定，接过代金券去确认能不能用来吃饭，我跟她解释说我已经问过了。她回来后带了一个女士，女士说不行。然后她打电话问了别人，对方也明确表示不行，因为有代码限制。我解释了事情经过，她居然说不行！我走到前台，告诉那位男士我要投诉，他态度很好，我解释了情况，他说他会找人帮忙。结果出来一个女的，真是浪费时间，她说她也无能为力，因为这不属于她的职责范围，所以如果餐厅说不行，那就没办法了！！！我太失望了，我女儿也伤心极了，我感觉又生气又难过！！！我虽然就住在附近，但我绝对不会再去这家餐厅，也不会建议任何人去！简直一团糟，而且第一个和第二个女的居然还问我上次来是什么时候。不仅如此，第一个女的还说“你问的是个男的，我们这里没有男员工”！我的天哪，这服务态度也太差了吧，她怎么敢质疑我！我简直无法形容我现在的心情！这家餐厅简直是个笑话，千万别去！！！！！
